Any Shampoo and Conditioner to help grow hair quicker?

I was trying to get my hair to grow and trying to fix my split end problem too , i know this sounds a little crazy but i used this horse shampoo called Mane & Tail its a horse shampoo but its sold in beauty places for people it worked for me it made my hair really nice .. doesn't hurt to give it a shot
