Reception Venues in NJ?

I have done a lot of research and visited many places for my wedding...I got engaged last June (2007) and started looking about six months ago I wanted a head start...now one year later and 30 visits to reception sites later I have found nothing I fell in Love with...People tell me I am being too picky...My budget per person is about 100-130 pp but this needs to include tax and gratuity I would love a place with high ceilings, chandeliers, simple, elegant somewhat modern...I prefer a indoor/outdoor tail hour...I am however willing to compromise on some but not all of these things...I fell in love with the Palace at Somerset Park but was quoted at 275 pp in June on a Saturday...I am willing to consider a Sunday as a lat resort...I am also flexible on the month it can be May, June or July. Please help...I'm so worried I'll never find anything I like...
