Best books to teach a 3 year old how to read?

My daughter learned all the alphabet and she is now making words with the letters. I am not a native English speaker so I haven t learned to read with the phonetic method. Could you recommend me books to help her understand why certain letters are pronounced differently in certain words? She is struggling and I wish I knew the pronounciation rules to help her.
