VAlentines day help!!?

ok so my bff and I r throwing a valentines day party. we no wat we want to buy and I was looking online and I thought that we should do a red and pink balloon arch. But the only problem is we don't know how to make one. And whoever helps us on how to make a balloon arch ( only 2 balloons for each set) they will rock !!!! And also we don't know what are some fun games to play, so if u helped us on that too, you would also rock lol well adios!!
