How to get rid of acne!!?

I have small bumps on my hairline towards the temples. I have chin acne along my jawline. and i have cheek acne. I don't have forehead acne.. I've tried everything!! I've also went to the dermatologist.. ive tried proactive. Differen.. neutrogena.. egg white mask.. honey mask.. The acne is small little red bumps and tones of red spots on my cheeks.. i don't get big pimples that often.. how do I get rid of them my skin looks horrible and im only a 16 year old female..
