Can you get fertilized African grey eggs in KY?

I have been wanting a African grey and I'd really like to incubate it and hand feed it myself. I have atiels right now and I know how to hand feed baby chicks. I've read a lot about African grey and I'm a stay at home mom so I have time to play with the bird and give it the attention it needs. I want to get one from someone I can meet rather than get scamed. Can you get African grey eggs in KY? Thank you.
