Can you name any shakespeare plays that have to do with family?
I would argue that mose of Shakespeare's plays deal with family to some extent. Tragedies: Romeo and Juliet (both sets of parents contribute to children's ill fate), Othello (if marriage counts you have Desdemona and Othello and Iago and his wife + the issue of family=cl. Desdemona's family is of a higher cl than Othello and it is a cause of insecurity for Othello), Macbeth (Macbeth's lack of kids, Macduff's son, Banquo's son, Duncan's sons). Comedies: Taming of the Shrew (sisters, father-daughter relationships), Comedy of Errors (brothers), Much Ado About Nothing (Father-daughter, cousins, brothers), Twelfth Night (siblings [twins], lack of parental figures), The Tempest (Prospero and his daughter, Prospero and his brother; Alonso, his brother and son). Histories: Richard II (Richard and his many cousins and uncles; basically everyone's related, they're royalty), Richard III (Primarily Richard and his brother, but again basically everybody's related), King John (John and his son, children).
