How much does a canine ?

I want to know because I want to know the odds of a canine getting pregnant, I have two dogs a german sheppard female (not spayed) and a german sheppard male (not neutered). I dont really want to put them through that process. I heard that when the male puts the knot in, he s for like 4-5 minutes straight, is that true?
