I have an eating disorder, and im trying to conceive, complications?

a few years ago i was diagnosed with an eating disorder, Bulimia Nervosa to be exact. I dont have a mix of anorexia and bulimia, its just bulimia. i can and will eat as i am now willing and trying to control myself. the only problem is, i cant keep food in my stomach for anything. everytime i eat something, i feel sick and throw it up immediately.i just ate and i feel horrible and sick. now, im trying to conceive. if i cant control what i keep down, because this is involuntary, how will will this affect the baby? as i said before, i am UNABLE to control this. its as if my brain is telling me i cant keep food in my stomach. i am WILLING to eat now, i would LIKE to eat AND keep it down, but my body refuses to let me do this. what can i do? i want to have a child
