I went and downloaded adobe photoshop cs5 but i need help...?

i went and downloaded adobe photoshop cs5 but i need help.when i went to download it,it tells me i need to close the following applications.which is the adobe updater(adobeupdater.exe) but i typed it in my search and cant find it.i have a dell windows/vista laptop.where would it be at?
