I'd like to lose about 5-7 lbs. It's been difficult though because i am in college and there aren't many healthy alternatives. My fridge is very small so I can't fit much fruit in it either. I exercise about 4 days a week, and i'll try to up that to 5. But other than that, I don't really eat too badly, just mindlessly. If anyone has any advice, that'd be great!
