Web Crawler keeps popping up!!!?

So i got myself into some predicament. Wen crawler keeps having windows pop up that say 'Do you want us to Enhance...blah blah blah' But i always click the box that says don't show this message again and i always say no thankyou but it keeps coming back. How do i make it go away?
