What is the difference beetween the ps one clics "command and conquer,red alert" and command and conqur,ret?

If memory serves me correctly it is basically an updated version of the original Red Alert for Playstation, only with both of the PC expansion packs (Counterstrike and Aftermath), integrated into it.
