Christians & Jews have you ever pondered over this fact narrated in the Bible?

It certainly shows an evolution in mankinds thinking over a 4 thousand year period. As a Christian I do not really care about the Old Testament. It is authoritarian whereas the New Testament is more closely aligned with self determination the onus being on the ability of each of us to determine between right and wrong and that would mean dealing with the world from either our ego selves or our neutral soul selves.
