PARENTS: would you let a "child predator" or "ual offender" baby sit your kid?

I'm sorry to say but if you were branded by the state as a ual predator you HAVE to register as a offender. If you "neglect" registering you can risk a warrant and jail time. AM I right? All your neighbors have to do is go to familywatchdog.com. You are not legally obligated to tell your neighbors. If you are a registered offender and you are around children (no matter the offence, , molestation. statutory ect) you can also risk a warrant and jailtime. If you are, you are risking your freedom. Unless you talk to a lawyer and get your record exsponged you are "out of luck". How long ago did this "crime" happen? If it was long enough you can get "Grandfathered" in so you won't have to register. I think this "crime" you speak of is VERY petty! I don't think you should have to be a offender if it was consetual with a minor. The law IS the law tho and the only way around it is to get an appeal by talking to a lawyer.
