Trying to find my mother?

My name is Pat. I am 18 years old. I was adopted at birth. My birth mother's name is Tabitha but I don't know what her last name is. I have never seen her, not even a picture, or heard from her. I just found out about my adoption last week. I am trying to find her so badly. I'm not sure where she lives, what she does, or anything really. She was only 14 when she gave birth to me which is why I was given up. Please help me.
